How We Work

 

  • On-site work is subject to a four-hour minimum charge

  • Telephone support is billed at regular rates.

  • Weekend work is done at 150% of regular rate.

  • Parking and other out-of-pocket expenses billed at cost

  • Travel time in excess of one hour roundtrip is charged at the standard hourly rate. Mileage is charged at the current IRS business mileage rate

  • Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a four-hour minimum charge

  • Payment of invoice is due upon receipt Interest on overdue balances is charged at 10% per annum
